Voluntad

Voluntad’s (formerly Street’s Hope) goal is to support people so they can make REAL choices to gain control of their health and their lives. We believe that you are the expert of you, and so our services are designed by you to provide the individual support you need. All services are voluntary.

At Voluntad, we provide you with a team to help you reach your goals, starting with a peer specialist and including a case manager, trauma recovery professional and a community of supportive program participants who understand your life.

Services provided by Voluntad include:

• Individual program planning

• Case management

• Life skill support

• Peer support groups

• Trauma recovery support including mental health support

• Transitional housing support
