Focus Points Family Resource Center

Focus Points Family Resource Center is a non-profit family service center in the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood of Denver, and provides developing and needy families with resources that include:

• Early childhood education

• Job assistance

• Nutrition and community gardening

• Help for food based businesses

• English as a second language classes

• Healthcare resources

• Food pantry assistance

• Housing assistance

• Utility assistance and referrals through the Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)

• Workforce development services such as resume building, interview preparation, job exploration, and career planning

• Family support services that assist with connections healthcare enrollment, food assistance programs, and rental assistance
