The Action Center is a non-profit organization in the Eiber neighborhood of Lakewood, and partners with the Food Bank of the Rockies© in providing services including:

  • Assistance with food supplies from fresh fruit and vegetables to meat and dairy items

  • Assistance with receiving pre-packaged grocery boxes through delivery or pick-up

  • Assistance with utility payments for residents of Jefferson County through the Energy Outreach Colorado Assistance Program

  • Rent or mortgage assistance (available only for residents of Jefferson County)

  • Volunteer services to assist in registering for further food assistance, health insurance benefits, and education resources

The Action Center can also receive mail for individuals without a current or permanent address. Mail pickup is available every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.
