  • Crisis intervention programs and assistance with heating system replacement and repair

  • Energy education tips

  • The Community Solar Program to assist limited-income families with cost efficient energy

  • The Healthy Homes Program, which works with income-qualified, climate-vulnerable households to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve indoor air quality, and reduce exposure to pollutants

  • Colorado’s Affordable Residential Energy (CARE) Program, which can provide upgrades such as LED light bulbs, low-flow fixtures, an energy-efficient refrigerator, household air sealing, insulation, and HVAC to individuals and families struggling to pay utility bills or in need of emergency utility services
